Deadlines for preparing orders and deliveries:

Standard orders for which a different period is not specified with the buyer, these will be prepared between 24 and 48 working hours after payment and delivered within a period of:

Between 2 and 3 working days after its completion (mainland Spain and Portugal)

Between 5 and 6 working days for the Balearic and Canary Islands

10 working days approx. for European Union

20 working days approx. for the rest of the world

Price of shipping costs according to destination:
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal - € 5 (VAT incl.)
European Union (other countries) - € 15
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and rest of the World - € 25

Order tracking information:
Once we have processed the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and its link so that you can check the status of your order at all times.
Shipping Address:
Please make sure that the address and shipping information provided are correct. If you have placed your order and the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Maria Amorós is not responsible for incidents with the delivery address provided.
If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer and the orders sent are returned, Maria Amorós will not be responsible for the shipping costs assumed by the customer or for the cost of the second shipment.
Maria Amorós cannot be held responsible if she cannot send the requested order due to circumstances beyond her control, including delays by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.
International fees and levies:
Maria Amorós is not responsible for any extra fee or tax that occurs throughout the shipment.
It is recommended that customs charges be consulted before placing the order.
Shipping options:
PICK-UP IN WORKSHOP
If you are in a town near our Sabadell workshop, you will have the option of picking up your order there. Indicate it when you place your order and we will find a day and time to attend you and personally deliver your order.
CORREOS EXPRESS 24 / 48H (Peninsular national territory)
Shipping made by the company CORREOS EXPRESS with direct delivery to the postal address provided.
If you have not received your order after 3 working days after receiving the email confirming the shipment and with your tracking number, you can contact us and we will try to solve the problem.
Keep in mind that during Christmas or similar periods, parcel services may suffer from work overloads that lead to small delays with respect to the estimated delivery date.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm.
SHIPPING TO BALEARIC ISLANDS / CANARY ISLANDS / CEUTA / MELILLA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers from these countries are subject to pay possible customs charges. In the event that it is necessary to carry out customs procedures, these will be borne exclusively by the client and under no circumstances will they be partially or totally paid for by Maria Amorós.
The transport company (Correos / DHL / SEUR / UPS) and the shipping time (from 3 to 20 working days) will depend on each destination. We will inform you pertinently of all the details when we proceed to prepare your order.
